On Friday, April 24 California Assemblyman Dan Logue is set to hold a hearing which will discuss, among other things, climate regulation in California. The hearing will take place in Reno, Nevada which may at first glance seem odd for a California Assemblyman. Why Nevada? Asm. Logue’s message is simple; businesses are leaving California for states with less environmental regulation. Mr. Logue wants to avoid the typical theoretical, and often politicized, discussions about California’s business climate and get some first hand data and experiences from actual business owners.
