E-mail Print "Scholar Ladies" Sing Praises of Their Milwaukee Private School

By: Vicki E. Murray, Ph.D
2.11.2010

Students using Milwaukee Parental Choice Program vouchers are more likely to graduate from high school, according to a recent expert analysis. But in case you missed it, see what some younger experts have to say about their Milwaukee private school.

As the Chicago Tribune reported, "The middle school students at HOPE Christian Schools may be single, but more important, they are scholars. The Milwaukee campus has become an online sensation by posting a video called ‘Scholar Ladies,' mimicking Beyonce's hit ‘Single Ladies'." In the video the scholar ladies have gloss on their lips, books on their hips, and hard work is their intention. A...A...A...,A,A,A,A...Take it away, ladies!"
