An ObamaCare Myth Debunked

"ObamaCare will levy a tax of 3.8% on the sale of homes." This is a myth floating around the Internet that I've heard repeated amongst conservative grassroots activists. As the InsureBlog notes, there is enough (rotten) red meat in ObamaCare that we don't have to make things up. In fact, this is a misunderstanding of the actual tax hike on capital formation, which is significantly more harmful than the government skinning a little off the sale of your house.
