Is ObamaCare Repealing Itself? Don't Bet On It!
By: John R. Graham

A spate of regulatory rollbacks from the folks empowered to impose ObamaCare upon us has mitigated - at least for a short term - ObamaCare's harmful consequences. Why are the ObamaCrats walking back the most popular so-called "consumer protections"? This week we learned that Jay Angoff, the ObamaCrat in charge of regulating private health insurance, has decided to allow health plans to underwrite (that is, charge actuarially fair premiums) for child-only policies. We also recently learned that Kathleen Sebelius, the U.S. Secretary of Health & Human Services, has granted waivers allowing employers of an estimated one-million (largely low-income) workers a year to comply with the new ObamaRegs. On top of this, there’s the slow-burning issue of Medical Loss Ratios: The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services has decided to allow the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ “flexibility” with respect to the MLR.
So, is ObamaCare repealing itself? Don't bet on it. Read more here.
