Yes On D Will Help Small Business
Submitted by Lawrence J. McQuillan, Ph.D on 10.29.2003

Submitted on 10.9.2003

SAN FRANCISCO – In the wake of a successful recall election, the new governor is faced with numerous challenges and endless opportunities. The California Leadership Guide
Submitted on 10.1.2003

The Pacific Research Institute's California Leadership Guide explores the post-recall landscape, highlighting the key challenges and opportunities ahead for the next administration in Sacramento.

California currently faces a $10-$20 billion deficit, an economy shedding jobs and losing businesses to other states, and an education system spending far more than it receives in student performance. The policy prescriptions that follow outline the critical steps a new governor should undertake to help return California to fiscal stability, educational excellence, and economic prosperity.
