PRI's Annual Gala Dinner "Celebrating Liberty" featured Governor Jeb Bush as the guest speaker. Katherine E. Boyd, a longtime PRI board member, was presented with the Sir Anthony Fisher Freedom Award. The event was emceed by Peter Robinson, Hoover fellow, fomer Reagan speechwriter and author.
