Panelists
Terry M. Moe is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, a member of the Institution's Koret Task Force on K–12 education, and the William Bennett Munro Professor of political science at Stanford University.


Gloria J. Romero is a former California State Senator and was the Democratic majority leader of the California State Senate from 2001 until 2008, the first woman to ever hold that leadership position.


Lance Izumi, J.D. is Koret Senior Fellow and Senior Director of Education Studies at the Pacific Research Institute for Public Policy (PRI).
