In order to be effective reformers in their school districts, school board members must have the best information about policy options, strategies, and what works. The Pacific Research Institute will be hosting a school board training session on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego located at 207 5th Avenue.
The seminar will address critical topics such as the impact of the federal education stimulus, the continuing crisis in the state budget, teacher evaluation and pay reforms, and U.S. military programs to improve student achievement.
Cost: No Cost for School Board Members.
$150 stipend provided to attendees
