Cindy plans and oversees all of PRI's events including the monthly breakfast meetings, the gala dinner, and conferences nationwide. Before joining PRI, Cindy was the Bay Area director for Congressman Richard Pombo (R-CA). She was also communications director for Assemblywoman Lynne Leach (15th District) and an Assembly fellow for Jim Battin (80th District).
Cindy has been involved in political campaigns and community outreach, and is a member of the Chinese American Political Association. She graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Chinese studies and spent a summer at the Beijing Foreign Studies University. In 2003, the East Bay Business Times, named her to its list of the "Top 40 under 40."
