Dr. Cristiano was invited to join the Pacific Research Institute family of scholars in 2011 where he will conduct research and publish articles on Real Estate, Business and Economics.

Cristiano is the President of L88 Investments LLC (Newport Beach Denver Washington DC), an international real estate investment firm with more than 20 years investment experience in the Middle East.

Cristiano is an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University in Orange County, California. He joined the Chapman community in 2006 as Associate Director of the Hobbs Institute of Real Estate, Law & Environmental Studies. In 2008, he was named the Real Estate Professional in Residence at the Hoag Center for Real Estate & Finance where he was asked to develop Chapman’s Real Estate Curriculum. He now teaches Real Estate to Undergraduate and MBA students. Previously, he was an Instructor in the Graduate School of Management at the University of California Irvine teaching a course on Real Estate Development.

Trained as a psychologist in the late 1970s, Cristiano was a pioneer in the field of sports psychology. He was the Director of The Institute of Sports Excellence at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL and a consultant to the 1980 U.S. Olympic Committee, many Olympians, and numerous professional athletes.

For the last 30 years, Cristiano has lived in Orange County, California with his wife, Judy. They have two grown children.
