TechNet, a national network of CEOs and senior executives from the leading technology and biotechnology companies, and the Pacific Research Institute (PRI), a San Francisco-based public policy think tank, will co-host a panel discussion with Colorado Governor Bill Owens and technology industry leaders on the potential and the pitfalls of the hotly debated role of e-government.

E-government has garnered considerable enthusiasm over the last several years, but where do things really stand today?
