On The Jim Bohannon Show...
There has been a lot of talk about how the United States is slipping when it comes to educating our children, and a lot of hand-wringing about what to do about it. Technology promises to help improve things, and there are innovative programs being developed for software and internet learning. Unfortunately, these programs aren't coming to fruition due to government red tape. We'll discuss the problem with return guest Lance Izumi of the Pacific Research Institute, author of the new book "Short-Circuited: The Challenges Facing the Online Learning Revolution in California" (published by the Pacific Research Institute).
