Plunder! How Public Employee Unions are Raiding Treasuries, Controlling Our Lives and Bankrupting the Nation
Yes, many readers will notice the title of this post is a silly take-off of one I wrote earlier this year, the start of a rather pointed online exchange between Mr. Greenhut and me.

Not today, boy—and I'm not even linking here to that previous post in this one—because it's all kumbaya between the two of us on this one.

What issue has us so united?

The sharks: public employee unions.

Steve kindly agreed to discuss his new book, "Plunder! How Public Employee Unions are Raiding Treasuries, Controlling Our Lives and Bankrupting the Nation"

How's that for a title? But listen: it's accurate. Be sure to get yourself a copy* to understand exactly how public employee unions have devastated California's finances, and why it is so important for voters to get behind the paycheck protection initiative likely to make the November ballot in 2010.

And to listen to my short conversation with Greenhut on the subject, simply click the "play" button below:

*NOTE: when you click the link to the book above, Amazon's site will say that "Plunder" is temporarily out of stock. This is not correct; the book is indeed available and shipping now.
