Dr. Henry Miller Talks Agriculture Protections, Biden’s EPA Nomination

Dr. Henry Miller, M.S., M.D. talks about how the Biden administrations nomination for secretary of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will be a detriment to helping agriculture survive extreme weather events. Miller talks about how the EPA stopped researchers from mitigating frost damage to crops by using a special kind of bacteria to help crops during cold temperatures and how this could have helped in areas like Texas and the southern United States.
