PRI All-Stars on the Gov. Newsom’s Revised Budget

Governor Newsom announced his new budget revisions for the next fiscal year. Due to the forced shutdown of California’s businesses and the additional spending on the coronavirus pandemic, Newsom expects a budget shortfall of $54 billion. Our All-Star panel of experts examines the governor’s new budget and discusses what Californians can expect in the coming months.
