Tim Anaya – Celebrating 40 Years of PRI

If you were at our recent 40th Anniversary Gala in San Francisco, you had the chance to watch this great look back at some of the people and events that have shaped PRI over the years. Now for those of you who couldn’t be there, here’s your chance to take a brief stroll through PRI history.

Ben Smithwick – Are You Going to Die if you Don’t Eat Breakfast?

Here’s a fun one – John Stossel takes on the studies with dubious claims like “you’re going to die if you don’t east breakfast,” which are usually promoted as fact on various morning TV shows.

Kerry Jackson – A Discussion of Democratic Socialism

Johan Norberg makes great points, as always, but in a way, Douglas Schoen is the star of the video. He reminds us of the Democrats of the past, who were willing to acknowledge that capitalism is the only system that can create prosperity. He is even critical of wealth redistribution, and promotes hard work and responsibility, a position that makes him sound more like a Reaganite than today’s Democrats.
