With all the talk of coronavirus frightening us these days, I think we should focus on things that bring a smile to our faces this weekend, like St. Patrick’s Day.  Even though the parades are cancelled, this doesn’t mean that corned beef and cabbage has been quarantined.  Ever year, I make this great recipe from Ina Garten for Irish soda bread.  It’s easy to make and delicious.  This is the perfect weekend to give it a try!
