The Honorable Janice Rogers Brown

The Honorable Janice Rogers Brown is a former United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. She was an Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court from May 2, 1996, until her appointment to the D.C. Circuit. She retired from the federal bench in 2017.

The Honorable Daniel Kolkey

The Honorable Daniel Kolkey has served as an associate justice on the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, and as Counsel to the Governor of California. A retired partner in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, he was the chair of the firm’s California Appellate Law Practice Group, a member of the firm’s national appellate and constitutional law practice group, and a member of the Litigation Department.
